When you use your credit card to purchase food, beverages, or merchandise at Pasquale's Italian Restaurant we hold and additional 20% on the credit card for gratuity. When you run a tab at the bar, we preauthorize your credit card for minimum $25.00 or $10.00 more than the amount of the actual sale to allow for bartender gratuity. Please allow 2-3 business days for the transaction to clear the bank. If your transaction occurred on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your transaction should clear the bank with the correct amount no later than end of day Tuesday. When the transaction clears, the correct amount will appear on your online bank statement.
